De-Stress By Managing Those “Little Voices!”
As some of you know, I am doing a series of FREE teleseminars with Guest Experts, and I just wanted to let you know that tonight I’ll be interviewing Blair Singer, on how to manage those “little voices” in your head that seem to want to keep you small. He’s got some great techniques that work in 30 seconds or less to stop self-sabotage.
The link to sign up is below – just put your name and email in the boxes on the page that comes up, and you’ll have access to dial-in details, and a set of notes sheets for the call.
“Little Voice” FREE teleseminar: tonight – January 21, 2009 at 5:30pm Pacific Time!
Here’s what I want you to know: The stuff your “Little Voice” tells you, is the biggest thing standing between your life now and the extraordinary life you want to lead. All the success, health and happiness you want is being blocked by the conversations you’re having in your own head.
“Little voice, you say? What little voice? I don’t have a little voice.” That’s the one! The one that just said that. In fact, most of us have several. Think about it. If you spoke to your friends the way you talk to yourself in your own head, you wouldn’t HAVE any friends!
Do you know what this is costing you? It’s not just money you’re losing when you listen to this debilitating brain chatter; it takes a heavy toll on your health and relationships too.
It may not be news to you that success and happiness depend on how you handle the Inner Game (between your ears), but it may surprise you to know that it can be won in as little as 30 seconds.
Tonight, on January 21, I’ll be doing an in-depth interview with best-selling author Blair Singer, (one of Robert Kiyosaki’s Rich Dad Advisors) and I want you to be there.
On this tele-seminar you will discover:
· How to stop the crippling chatter in your brain so you can attract what you want
· How to build powerful self-confidence
· How to end self-sabotage & procrastination for good
· How to keep the promises you make to yourself
· How to re-program your “little voice” in 30 seconds or less
Blair will also be sharing a LIVE “little voice” management technique with you so you can try out this amazing shift for yourself.
Please go to www.StopFeelingStressedOut.com/blair-singer-little-voice-mastery.html to register and get the call-in number and details for this 60 minute, hands-on tele-seminar where you will experience this powerful way to manage your “little voice.”
This call is filling up fast, which means you need to call in a couple of minutes early, so you won’t be “locked out” of the call.
If you are unable to attend the tele-seminar on January 21, please register anyway at
www.StopFeelingStressedOut.com/blair-singer-little-voice-mastery.html so that I can send you details on how you can get the audio recording; I don’t want anyone to miss out.
Thanks again for reading this – I’ll see you on the call!

Great Call! The thing that really struck home with me was the thing that Blair said that keeps people small. That is the Fear of Harmful Acts. Letting past actions that I have done or not delivered on prevent me from moving forward because I don’t want to hurt someone else.
Wow! I never realized this was a block…
Awesome!

Wow… Kay, Blair. That was a fantastic call, and I am so excited to now have the 3 little questions to help me shift my mood and the mood of the room. This was really a well spent time and I am so glad to have been on the call.

I listend in on the call and I have to tell you it was really eye opening and I tried the exercises and I have to sa y that it worked though I was really skeptical in the beginning. But when you say stop and then continue with the exercise I think that’s the best way to try it. Make sense? Thanks for the seminar.

Hi Kay,
I was so excited about knowing how to silence my pesky little voice that I hit the wrong button and posted before I was done talking about what I learned on this excelent call.
I have had a really big problem with my little voice getting too loud (especially lately) and I’m happy to have some tools to silence that little sucker.
I’m also pleased to have connected with some people who would have me be as big as I always thought I truly can be.
I thought I had BIG in me ( I always have ) and hearing this tonight, … well let’s say …
I feel more confident in that fact than I believe I ever have.
I’m a changed man thanks to this call.
One more thing, My little voice doesn’t stand a chance to hold me back anymore.
Thank you, Thank you, Thank you !
Gotta go, I’m getting a little misty here.
Thanks again Kay and Blair,
Your new BIG friend, Rick Falls

Thank you very much Kay for hosting this call. Blair was great and spoke to a major issue that I was kinda out of touch with.
I have talent, tools and opportunity but I literally feel like something rises up inside and holds me back. I really identified with the Harmful Acts idea. It really resonated with me and I went back through several scenarios that have influenced me to hold back and was able to clearly see that I had the best of intentions.
I am excited to learn more and hopefully the audio in mp3 form will be available soon so I can review.
It really is the little things, the little shifts that make all the difference.
All the best,
Jim Zook
